By accessing this website (ampmarketing.com) and using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.
Services
AMP Marketing provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO, GEO optimization, landing page design, and AI-powered marketing solutions for local businesses.
Free Audit
Our free marketing audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. Submitting the contact form does not create a service agreement. A formal service agreement will be provided separately before any paid work begins.
Client Agreements
All paid services are governed by a separate service agreement that outlines:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Monthly management fees and ad spend requirements
- 90-day onboarding period and month-to-month terms thereafter
- Account ownership (clients retain 100% ownership of all accounts and data)
- Cancellation terms
Account Ownership
You own everything we create or manage on your behalf — ad accounts, tracking pixels, landing pages, creative assets, and all associated data. We operate under manager access only. If our engagement ends, you retain full access and ownership.
Ad Spend
Monthly ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and is separate from our management fees. Minimum ad spend is $2,000/month per platform. AMP Marketing does not mark up or take a percentage of your ad spend.
Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and data-driven methods, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Marketing performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and business operations. Case studies and testimonials reflect individual client experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.
Intellectual Property
Content on this website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by AMP Marketing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
AMP Marketing's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the management fees paid in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
